how do i report corruption in a fbi office?

I came into knowledge of corruption in a local (there is only one fbi office in our state) FBI Office. But when I called the FBI number for the nation and asked for the number or contact info for FBI Internal Affairs (so I could send the evidence to them) he would only give me the contact number for my State. When I told him I didn't want the state phone number he said "well then, I can't help you" and hung up on me. I never even got to tell him what this is about.

So, I called the White House Switchboard and asked if there was someone she knew of I could speak to in order to find out how to contact someone in Adm at the FBI nationally. She gave me the 1-800 federal info number and when I called them, she told me she can't give me any phone numbers for like the Director or anything but that same national FBI contact number that was more than just rude to me and then hung up.

If this isn't corruption, I don't know what is.

But it gets worse.

When I asked for what arm of the government the FBI is in, 1-800 federal info tells me Homeland Security, but then she tells me if I call them, they will just tell me to call the FBI (same national jerk who hung up on me). And "no" she can't give me any contact info for anyone in Adm of Homeland Security. Okay, so I asked if I called the Switchboard at the White House (since she says the head of Homeland Security is appointed by the Pres and that Homeland Security "isn't accountable to anyone" is there someone at the White House I can ask for who might be able to help me?

Then, she was surprised when I asked if that means the UN is next (as I assume there's no point in me trying to call the one person who can hold HLS accountable for not having any vehicle for reporting anything to do with the FBI.

This is the same problem Alaska has and why it's crimes are off the scale. They too have no system for accountablity (Internal Affairs, or otherwise) with their State Police. With no Internal Affairs to appeal to, we're sunk. I wouldn't have tried the FBI in the first place but the Governor's Office of our state told me to tell the FBI when I happened on (lots of) evidence of corruption in a city police dept.

The FBI must have an internal affairs type of dept. What's the mailing address to send this stuff in, there's documented Harm to Vulnerable Person(s) filed and the PD only abuses (which of course is illegal) the reporting persons (mandated by law to report). Meanwhile, the danger to Vulnerable persons (kids now too) is only growing by all the neglect. I ain't going down quietly. Tried legal aids for disabled persons, all that. Everyone is fleeing for the hills and covering their backsides but the abuse is just happening anyway.

Seriously, we're gonna have a flood of asylum applications going out to the UK soon if we don't find a way to get due process of law back again.
