I would say with a Criminal Justice degree you would be able to do any one of those things. None of them actually require a college degree, most just require a high school diploma. You can do many things with a degree.

Finding a job as a corrections officer would be the toughest of the three since most people who go to school to be a police officer have problems finding cop jobs and end up going to corrections.

I know several people who have had armored car jobs while in college or more commonly security jobs.

There are many different law enforcement officer jobs that you could try to get if you have a criminal justice degree. Some job titles you could consider include animal cruelty investigator, constable, correctional officer, criminal investigator, deputy sheriff, game warden, humane law enforcement officer, marshal, park ranger, police officer, probation officer, and wildlife conservation officer. Consider local, state, and federal jobs. Being a veteran can also help you get law enforcement officer jobs. Veterans get extra points on civil service tests and preference for federal jobs. Some law enforcement agencies that require applicants to have college will waive some or all of their college requirements for veterans. Also, for different reasons, some people simply like to hire qualified veterans whenever they get the chance to. All else being equal, a candidate that is a veteran with a college degree has a very good chance of getting hired.
