"Bench warrant issued" then says "bench warrant processed"?

Just keeping an eye on a friend of mine's docket (I'm not going to ask personally what this means).

On a date last month, it says "bench warrant ordered", "failure to appear". (driving under suspension, didn't show up to court).

Now, I just noticed they wrote in last week: "bench warrant processed", and after that: "Warrant to Arrest / Bench Warrant signed. Alert Issued!"

What does this mean? And what's the difference between 'issued' and 'processed'?

Bench warrant issued means the judge said he could be arrested and hauled into court.



Processed means the police got the message and have issued an alert.



This means that if the police stop him for any reason and run his name he'll be taken into custody and held until arraignment. They might even go looking for him at his house or job. He should go to court before that happens and bring a lawyer with him.

it means the next time she is stopped or in a car that is stopped she will go to jail to face the judge. And go for contempt of court and the original ticket or crime she failed to show for.
