Click it or Ticket. But.. You will only get a ticket for a seat belt violation if they get you on another moving violation like speeding or running a red Light.
They wont pull you over just over a seat belt violation alone.

Must be clicked at all times. The seat belt laws are a federal issue, 50 state wide, you must click it or ticket.
