Putting hands up shirt, grabbing boobs/ass. Also some weird thing where he was tickling me and holding me down, which wouldn't be so weird except for the part where he was forcing my legs apart and I could feel his *****. Otherwise, I wasn't raped or stripped or anything. I made it known that wanted none of this.

I think it was sexual harassment and even sexual assault.

But, there is enough of a gray area that he would probably not be charged much less convicted of either offense.

YES. that is definitely considered sexual assault and disrespectful of the guy doing that **** while you made it clear you didn't want any of that to happen. Stay away from that nasty dumbass or report him if you felt extremely uncomfortable

Women touch men who have muscular arms all the time in the bicep/tricep region without their consent.

I'm going to start filing sexual harassment charges on women who touch my arms without my consent.
