2 weeks later, while still on the run and across country, he is involved in a car accident with Al. The accident was Al's fault but Al dies. What crime is Bob liable for?

On the accident side, the investigating officer have to determine which of these two people is the guilty party in the accident if they could assest that Bob is at fault then they can charge him with negligence through reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.
