Ok Bob goes inside a bank and threaten by force to rob it and successful in robbing it and then leaves.
Two(2) weeks later while on the run on some dirty road country he met an accident while on the road with another person, but due to the accident the other person dies. What crimes does Bob in? He is charge with bank robbery. On the accident side, the investigating officer have to determine which of these two people is the guilty party in the accident if they could assest that Bob is at fault then they can charge him with negligence through reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.

I guess this was probably you then eh? Well then you are a bank robber and an armed one at that. The fact that the guns were fake is totally irrelevant, they were intended to make people believe that they were real, and they would have been treated as being real weapons by the police.
So mate you are an armed bank robber. Hope you get caught and the book thrown at you. Why don't you work for a living?

He's responsible for the Bank crime, if the car accident was AI's fault, and AI dies, then there is no liability of Bob for the accident.

Armed bank robbery and man slaughter! Who cares if the gun was fake, or how the guy died in the car accident. This poor idiot will be one of so many in American prisons.

Robbing a bank. If Al wasn't wearing his seatbelt, that's not Bob's fault.....

No, i've got no longer individually completed that. yet that jogs my memory of a action picture that I considered the place a guy robbed a convenience keep with a Butterfinger below his shirt and took a woman hostage and have been given away in her BMW. i won't be in a position to submit to in strategies the call of that action picture, whether it became into humorous.

Bank Robbery and if he was evading police in a high speed chase then it could be anything from manslaughter to murder if it was a routine crash that had nothin to do with his fugitive status then i cant see charges for that
