I go by this. If it is their first offense and they are not being a prick, release them. If it is their second or subsequent offense, book'em Danno. If it is their first offense and they are being pricks, book'em.

In Texas, I think first timers get a personal reconosince bond,but with those maddog-mothers aginst drunk drivers,making it harder and harder on people,you don't even have to be DUI,just have it on your breath, and it can destroy your world!Like they say, DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS,go around it,but that's just me talking agian..........I hope thats not the GESTOPOE at my door.......
