As the Title says,
I've been listening to San Diego PD's Police scanner online at http://scansandiego.net

but I live in Diamond Bar, CA so it's not nearly as fun as listening to whats going on in your own town, so i found the CB Frequency for the dispatch for the LA County Sherrifs Department for Diamond Bar/Walnut/San Dimas its 482.9375

so knowing this would i be able to enter that in an online scanner somewhere or somewhere and listen to it?

it's probably not possible but HEY, worst thing you could tell me is no.

If you know the frequency of your local PD, why don't you just get a fairly cheap scanner and listen to it? I don't think it's possible to enter a frequency into an online scanner, especially if they're not close in range to the local town you live in. You can find used scanners all over the place for a pretty good price.
