I trasspassed a school property. No ticket & no court date or anything. Just a pink slip that says its a "Criminal Trespass Warning" & that "if i go to any school district without a Written permission from the school campus administrator or an (my city schools) official. I will either get a ticket or arrested."

So does that only go on the schools record or also on my record?

Well i want to know does that go in my record as a criminal offense?
Because im applying for jobs & now im 18 years old so i dont know if it will show up & i dont want to lie without knowing i lied...

Thanks for your help =D

Ps. I live in texas

Ricky is correct. A "trespass warning" does not go on any "criminal record."

Apparently, however, something has happened that was just short of going on a record and instead of filing charges...the school as opted to trespass you from the property instead.

Should you fail to comply with the trespass order...you will be arrested and then have a record!

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aO7HK

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

A warning is just that, a warning, not something that goes on your record. A "field report" might exist, so that if you do it again they will know you've been warned, but it isn't something your employer could find out. Just don't do it again.

no longer likely. offender Trespass will result a ARREST &/or fee ticket as long as you weren't convicted by ability of a decide it won't be on your record. the only way you may get a offender trespass fee on your record is that in case you get arrested. you have no longer been arrested so which you may desire to be ok.

Warnings do not go on your record.
