r cellphone earpieces a law in your city????

here in chicago it is the law that while driving & on your phone u MUST wear an earpiece. what about where u live?

Here on Fort Stewart Georgia, your not allowed to talk on any kind of Cell phone while driving or else pay 50 bucks.

It's not a law here, althought they have discussed it.

In colorado there is no law, but I do wish they had a "hands free" law.

I live in Charlotte NC and its not illegal to talk on your cell phone. I wish they would change it, bc those ppl drive too da*n slow
